전시 규정은 AMWC Monaco 전시 참가 업체 모두에게 예외 없이 적용되며, 이벤트 기간 동안 모나코 당국에서 불시에 시찰을 진행합니다. 규정 위반으로 인한 불이익이 없으시도록, 전시 규정을 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
처방 의약품
According to law n˚1.518 from 23/12/2021 any sale, display or distribution of products entering into pharmaceutical monopole is prohibited on the public highway, in fairs and markets, to any person, even with a pharmacist’s diploma. Free distribution of prescription-only medicines sample is also forbidden according to article 25 of law n˚1.254 of 12/07/2002. According to article 19 of the law n˚1.254 from 12/07/02, prescription-only medicines can be displayed on the congress only if they have obtained the authorization to be sold in France and Monaco (AMM – Autorisation de mise sur le Marché).
2021년 12월 23일부터 법률 n˚ 1,518에 따르면, 처방 의약품과 Pharmaceutical monopole의 전시 및 유통은 전시회를 포함한 모든 공공장소에서 엄격히 금지되어 있습니다. 또한 2002년 12월 7일부터 법률 n˚1.254에 의거하여, 처방 의약품의 무료 샘플 배포 행위도 금지입니다. 2002년 12월 7일부터 법률 n˚1.254의 제19조에 따르면, 프랑스와 모나코에서 판매 허가를 취득한 경우에만 처방 의약품을 전시할 수 있습니다(AMM – Autorisation de mise sur le Marché).

CE MARKED MEDICAL DEVICES
According to Article 11 of law n˚1.267 from 23/12/2002, all medical devices placed on the market and/or sold at the Event MUST have the appropriate CE marking and certification in compliance with Article 6 of law n˚1.267 from 23/12/2002.

2002년 12월 23일부터 법률 n ˚1.267의 제11조에 따라 시장에 출시되거나 이벤트에서 판매되는 모든 의료 기기는 적절한 CE 인증 획득 및 마크를 표기해야 합니다.

NON CE MARKED MEDICAL DEVICES
It is strictly forbidden to sell or put into service any non-CE marked medical devices at the Event. Article 13 of law n˚1.267 from 23/12/2002 stipulates that medical devices without appropriate CE marking and certification (in compliance with law n˚1.267) can be displayed at the Event if a visible sign is placed near the device and on any graphic depicting the device that clearly indicates that: “This device is not cleared by CE for distribution in France and Monaco”.

이벤트에서 CE 마크가 없는 의료 기기를 판매하거나 이를 이용하여 서비스를 제공하는 것은 엄격히 금지됩니다. 2002년 12월 23일부터 법률 n˚ 1.267 제13조에서는 적절한 CE 마크 표기 및 인증이 없는 의료 기기(법률 n˚ 1.267에 근거)를 전시하는 경우, 제품 근처 또는 제품을 묘사하는 그래픽 주변에 다음 사항을 명확하게 표기하도록 규정하고 있습니다: “This device is not cleared by CE for distribution in France and Monaco”
Copies of customs declarations must be sent to organization committee.
Any falsified customs declaration will result in the following actions by the Monaco sanitary authorities and Organizer:

affected products will be confiscated and destroyed;

Client will immediately be excluded from the Event without any refund;
-
DAS of Monaco (sanitary authorities), may impose fines on the infringing Client

According to Article 4 of law n˚1.266 from 23/12/2002, cosmetic products may be sold or distributed only if their container and packaging indicate the name or trade name and address of the manufacturer or the entity responsible for placing the product on the market, established in the Principality of Monaco or in the territory of a Member State of the European Union.
2002년 12월 23일부터 법률 n˚ 1.266 제4조에 따라, 화장품은 모나코 공국 또는 유럽 연합 회원국 영토에 설립된 제조업체 또는 제품을 시장에 출시할 책임이 있는 법인의 이름, 상호 및 주소가 용기와 포장에 표시된 경우에만 판매 또는 유통될 수 있습니다.

Food supplements containing the ingredients forbidden in the European Union (including, for example, porcine or bovine extract, human placenta extract), cannot be sold nor displayed at the Event. Client must ensure that any product forbidden for sale in the EU is neither sold nor displayed on their stand.
Any food supplements containing forbidden ingredient(s) found will be immediately confiscated and destroyed.
